We aim to identify gaps in law and the provision of legal service, and in public and professional understanding of legal rights, which lead to inequality and prevent people from accessing justice in Scotland.
JustRight projects are targeted legal solutions, designed to address these gaps, by working collaboratively with partner organisations at a local, national and international level to ensure effective social, economic and structural change.
Our experienced team of human rights lawyers are specialists which operate collaborative projects across the below themes of work. Our collaborations tackle complex casework with a view to addressing justice gaps through policy intervention or strategic litigation.
Trafficking & Exploitation
Across every legal project we deliver, our staff have extensive expertise in working with trafficked and exploited adults and children. We provide comprehensive, survivor-centred legal advice, as well as specialist policy input at national and international levels. Check out more on our Trafficking & Exploitation project page.
